LUCAS GOT UP to 300lbs when he decided enough was enough.
He took on a regime of eating 1,350 calories a day, added some exercise to his routine, and shed over nine stone (130 lbs) in a year.

He was also encouraged to film his dad and stepmother’s reaction. It’s lovely.
Lucas posted his daily food intake logs and explained that “no foods were off limit, but I survived mostly on tuna salad, chicken with salsa, frozen vegetables, beans and rice, turkey/roast beef sandwiches, spinach, and eggs”.
He’s now moved onto a weightlifting training regime and posts useful tips on Reddit for other users hoping to drop some lbs.
