What's going on with Superquinn sausages?!?

Superquinn is being integrated with SuperValu. Are the sausages no more?

THE NEWS THAT Superquinn is to be integrated with SuperValu is difficult to take for anyone who grew up with the former as their local shop.

For the rest of the nation, there is only one question.

WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH SUPERQUINN SAUSAGES?!?

The good news is, nothing. Nothing is going to happen with Superquinn sausages. Or their lovely brown bread, for that matter.

But what of the name?
