Will Ferrell is hanging out in Lisbon for the Eurovision and bumped into Ireland's backing singers

He’s a massive fan apparently.

THE EUROVISION CAN be a bit of craic, especially when Ireland get through to the final.

Try to describe it to someone outside of Europe or Australia though, and they probably won’t have a clue what you’re on about.

Well, at least you would think.

Will Ferrell, aka Ron Burgandy, loves a bit of Eurovision, so it happens.

The actor was spotted loving life in Lisbon during the contest this week, and even got a pretty great seat in the stadium

The actor told 20 Minutes that he followed it for almost 20 years, after he was introduced to it by his Swedish wife, Viveca Paulin.

He was spotted by Ireland’s backing singer Janet Grogan and Remy Anna on the blue carpet, and also got in shots with dancer Kevin O’Dwyer.

He even crashed an Irish hen party on Friday. What a weekend he’s had.
