X Factor's Rylan asked a ridiculously stupid question and Twitter didn't let him off with it

THERE IS MOST definitely such a thing as a “stupid question” and this is proof.

Former X Factor star Rylan was busy thinking about oil today when something occurred to him…

Without trying to sound stupid... How do you just find 100billion barrels of oil casually under the ground? How did they get there??!!!

Where do we begin?

The fact that Rylan honestly thought people just stumbled “casually” across billions of barrels of oil or that he didn’t have the foresight to at least Google it before asking Twitter.

Twitter soon cleared it up for him…

But he still felt inferior to everyone else.

He soon grew resentful of all the “arseholes” telling him how it is and had this fairly weak comeback.

I LOVE IT how half of you rinsing me on here are all suddenly oil experts! Bunch of arseholes. The only oil I know about its Moroccan! #hair

For the record, a surprising number of people were with Rylan and actually thought that people discovered barrels of oil.
