ZAYN MALIK HAS announced via a statement that he’s leaving One Direction.
I am leaving because I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight. I know I have four friends for life in Louis, Liam, Harry and Niall. I know they will continue to be the best band in the world.

ZAYN MALIK HAS announced via a statement that he’s leaving One Direction.
The announcement was made via the band’s Facebook page:
One Direction have been together since 2010, when they came third in The X Factor.
Internet meltdown is predicted in the wake of this news, which has been rumoured for several weeks.
