LAST NIGHT CHANNEL 4 aired the documentary 10 Stone Testicles and within minutes it was a worldwide trending topic on Twitter.

It was the story of Wesley Warren Jnr. who lives in Las Vegas and who had an enlarged scrotum that seriously impacted his life.
