BBC newsreader makes awkward dash to his chair during live broadcast

The perils of live telly.

BBC NEWSREADER NICHOLAS Owen was forced to pelt towards his chair during a live broadcast earlier, when he discovered he was in the wrong spot.

But then this happened:

Owen apolgised for the ‘slight pause’ and the ‘change of plan’ when he sat down, indicating that he and the camera had different ideas of how the intro was supposed to go.
