THE LEAST THAT Dublin cyclists should be able to expect is a consistent white line on their cycle lanes, you would think.
But no. Spotted by Steve Conlon on Griffith Avenue on Thursday morning was this curious sight:
Yes. The new fangled curved cycle lanes – coming to a road near you.
This artistic interpretation of the bike lane puts heavy importance on the city’s bins – which is all well and good until you see how slim that path is on the left.
The cycling public give it two thumbs down
It’s hard to disagree.
