Michael Fassbender did an extremely dark rendition of 'Humpty Dumpty' on BBC Radio 1

Who knew Humpty Dumpty could be so scary?

IT TURNS OUT that Michael Fassbender has a secret talent that we did not anticipate.

As  he revealed on BBC Radio 1 earlier today, he’s an excellent dramatic reader. Host Greg James seemed a little spooked once Fassbender got into it.

It’s a bit impossible to unhear, so be careful that you don’t read Humpty Dumpty out to a child in Fassbender’s style at some stage down the line.

Greg James also gives Michael a run for his money when he goes on to perform Old McDonald Had A Farm afterwards. Both versions sound like terrifying movie trailers.

A woman commented on BBC Radio 1′s Facebook page, writing:

This was hilarious. My 5-year-old daughter was listening and it scared the life out of her.

Your 5-year-old is not the only one who got a bit creeped out.
