Yes he's entertained

Russell Crowe was absolutely bowled over by this Irish artist's Gladiator creation

‘Pints in Keoghs.’

Barry Jazz Finnegan recently reached out to his Twitter followers in order to get a little direction on an upcoming project.

The Irish artist uploaded an image of himself completing a charcoal piece he had created of the film, Gladiator, and explained that he was eager to work on another scene from the movie.

This one is from 7 years ago! But I want to do another charcoal piece from the movie Gladiator. I have my eyes on two scene: 1. Maximus is smelling the dirt before the first battle 2. Maximus puts the axe in the foot of Tigris of Gaul But nothing is final, any ideas?

While his followers were quick to offer advice, one response stood out from the crowd.

And that’s because it came from none other than the inspiration for the piece – Russell Crowe.

Retweeting the post, the Oscar winner praised Barry’s artistic prowess, writing: “Holy shit… amazing.”

And like any self-respecting Irish person, Barry’s response was to offer the star a pint the next time he finds himself in Ireland.

We mean, it’s practically the law.

Nailed it, Barry.
