America reacts to 50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy

Baz and Nancy have gone stateside.

THE CHARMING HIT series 50 Ways to Kill Your Mammy has made its way to the states… with a bit of a title tweak.

The show sees Dublin TV presenter Baz Ashmawy attempt to frighten his 71-year-0ld mother to death through a variety of activities… Sky diving, extreme roller coasters, crocodile wrestling and tattoos to name but a few.

The first episode aired on Discovery Life this week, with a new US voice-over and some ‘essential’ subtitles.

What did they make of it?

50 Ways originally aired on Sky One on this side of the Atlantic, and now Ashmawy has landed his own Sky One gameshow called the fanatics.

Meanwhile Baz and Nancy’s antics have also been picked up for broadcast in Israel, France, Poland, Canada and New Zealand.  The pair are also in talks about a second season.
