WHILE COUNTING GOT underway around the country this morning for yesterday’s Fiscal Treaty referendum, Taoiseach Enda Kenny visited the Bloom gardening and food festival in Dublin’s Phoenix Park.

Here, he tries his hand at creating a sugar basket at the Bord Bia stand using melted sugar and some spoons:
