ADDING ‘AND ALL’ to the end of any sentence is a great and venerable piece of Irish linguistic tradition, and all.
But when it comes to typing it out, there is a serious problem.
‘How she started and all’
‘And all’
It IS enough to bring a tear to your eye. Basically, the problem is this.
This:
It’s not just the individual above, either.
There’s this person on the early bus to college anal.
This person who is literally flying anal.
This person whom a fella met in the roller with it on anal.
This person who would of anal if she had the energy.
This anal situation with loads of crispy bits.
And this incident with sticky sheets anal.
So please. Everyone. Can we just all agree to type out ‘and all’?
Or ‘an all’? Or even ‘annal’, even though that still kinda means something different?
Please?
