Bad news, Flight of the Conchords fans: they're not reuniting for new episodes

Jemaine Clement has dismissed rumours of a comeback.

EARLIER THIS WEEK, The Guardian published an interview with Jemaine Clement of Flight of the Conchords fame in which he discussed, among other thing, his Maori heritage and new vampire comedy.

During the interview, Clement let slip that he was working on a new series for HBO. This fact, however, was miscontrued and several media outlets jumped to report that Flight of the Conchords was returning to the air.

Unfortunately for fans of the beloved comedy series, it was all a big misunderstanding and Jemaine Clement was forced to take to Twitter to dispel the rumours.
