OVER THE WEEKEND, the United Kingdom put in a rather dismal performance at Eurovision.

The UK’s act Electro Velvet earned a grand total of five points and mortified themselves.

Eager to regain their former glory, many British people have been making suggestions about how to win over Europe again.

Former Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott suggested that either Steps or S Club 7 were the country’s only hope and asked his followers to “RT for Steps or Fav for S Club 7″.

And then the greatest interaction ever took place.
