This Dalkey restaurant is doing 'cheeseburger spring rolls' and they look incredible

WANDERLUST IS A brand new restaurant that opened its doors in Dalkey a few weeks ago.

The restaurant comes from the same people who brought you Mak in Ranelagh and its menu features everything from tacos and chicken wings to linguine and gnocchi.

And it looks pretty sublime.

The most intriguing item on the menu, however?

That would be the cheeseburger spring rolls.

It sounds so wrong… yet so, so right.

So what exactly is a cheese burger spring roll? Ricky of Wanderlust explained all to DailyEdge.ie:

We use a homemade burger mix and add two cheeses (American and Red cheese) then wrap them in a spring roll pastry and serve with American mustard and ketchup.

Oh mother, may I.

As for what customers make of them?

Wanderlust tells DailyEdge.ie that the spring rolls are going down a storm with customers and are already “one of the bestselling items on the menu”.
