This zoo has put up adorable Pokemon Go-inspired signs for its animals

AS POKEMON GO continues its march toward world domination, one zoo has decided to adapt its signage to reflect the popular game.

Tumblr user zookeeperproblems works as an interpretive zookeeper at Birmingham Zoo in Birmingham, Alabama, and last week she shared some Pokemon Go-inspired signs she put up at the zoo.

The zookeeper posted the photos on Tumblr and wrote, “Hey, if you can’t beat ‘em…”

The signs have since gone massively viral having been reblogged almost 25,000 times on Tumblr and subsequently shared on Imgur.

Needless to say, she’s fairly overwhelmed by the whole thing.

I just wanted to say thank you for all the positive attention these have gotten. My unique position as an Interpretive Zookeeper means I get to focus both on animal care and on interpreting to the public in ways like these. This is my job and my passion and I am very happy that it has been so well received.
