Back in 2004, a student at Palisades Charter High School in California was tasked with designing the cover for the annual graduation program.
It looks like a pretty standard representation of the school’s mascot, a dolphin – until you study it a bit further.
Imagine all the mams and dads, sitting at the ceremony, looking down at their lovely program and not noticing this:

The program was discovered by the folks at Bored Panda earlier this week and it’s since gone viral, 12 years after it was printed.
