This burrito joint in Letterkenny has been voted the best takeaway in Ireland
IRISH PEOPLE TAKE takeaways seriously – so much so, there is a national takeaway awards. Yep, it’s true.
Tonight, the winners of the Just Eat Takeaway Awards were announced, as voted for by customers over the last few weeks.
Some awards included Best Indian, which went to Bombay Pantry in Fairview, Best Curry, which was given to Ajanta Indian in Drogheda, and Best Chinese and Best Spice Bag, both of which were won by Lin Kee in Swords.

The best takeaway overall in Ireland however has been named as Burrito Loco in Letterkenny, which is home to all sorts of delicious-looking things:

The ever popular Boojum, Eddie Rockets, and Camile Thai also scooped awards – but interestingly, the Best Chipper winner was also from Letterkenny: Friar’s Rest in the Glencar Shopping Centre.
