What to watch on TV tonight: Friday

The TV everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Graham Norton Show (BBC One, 11.05pm)

Tonight Graham is joined by Jamie Dornan, Liam Neeson, Helen Mirren and Norwegian singer Sigrid. Helen Mirren will be discussing her new supernatural horror Winchester, while Jamie chats about Fifty Shades Freed and Sigrid will be performing her single Strangers. Liam Neeson, as he did on last week’s Late Late Show, will be discussing his new movie The Commuter.

Jamie and Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast (Channel 4, 8pm)

Chris O’Dowd and his wife Dawn Porter join Jamie Oliver and presenter Jimmy Doherty on this cooking show. Jamie tracks down the couple’s favourite honeymoon meal and shows viewers how to make ribs using whiskey and Worcestershire sauce. Sounds relaxing and lighthearted enough. Viewers won’t get off that lightly, however because Jamie will be looking at how much sugar is in children’s cereals.

The Late Late Show (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

This week’s Late Late will celebrate 30 years of Aslan’s album Feel No Shame, with singer Christy Dignam and guitarist Billy McGuiness chatting to Tubs about Aslan’s big breakthrough and their longevity as one of Ireland’s most beloved bands. Pieta House founder Joan Freeman will talk to Ryan about how the charity are working on a similar project for Irish diaspora in the US. Padraig Harrington will also discuss why he’s enjoying golf more than ever and there’ll be a performance by singer Mary Coughlan.
