LESS THAN A year ago, Rob Kardashian spent several hours uploading nude photographs of the mother of his child to Instagram without her consent.

He claimed that he was doing it because Blac Chyna had been a terrible mother to their child, however it became pretty apparent that he was actually upset that he had spent €250,000 on surgery and jewelry for her, only to have her cheat on him.

Of course cheating is a shitty thing to do, but it’s not an excuse to violate someone’s privacy, trust and safety by uploading intimate photographs of them to Instagram for the world to see.

Rob has since been to counselling to “prevent future outbursts” and says he’s working on becoming a better father.

Now, seven months later, Blac Chyna has once again found herself a victim of revenge porn.

This time, it’s reported that a 1.5 minute long video of Blac Chyna performing oral sex has been leaked anonymously on Twitter. The anonymous account that uploaded the video has since been suspended.

Chyna’s lawyer Lisa Bloom confirmed that this matter will be dealt with by the police and provided a statement to E!News:

Revenge porn, posting images without the consent of everyone in those images – is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse. It’s also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual.

She took to Twitter to add to this statement:

Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn. It’s not a joke. Whether a woman knows she’s being recorded is not the issue. Whether she consented to posting it is. Our bodies, our choice, each and every time.

Lisa Bloom previously represented Mischa Barton in a revenge porn case against her ex-boyfriend. Bloom declared the case a victory, after the judge completely banned distribution of the images and ruled that Barton’s ex-boyfriend Jon Zacharias could no longer come within 100 yards of the actress.

Blac Chyna’s other attorney, Walter Mosley, made a statement on his Instagram account.

We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today’s post saddens me deeply, as it is an attack not only against my client – but my friend. Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way without their consent? It’s not. Men… We have to do better.

Mosley then added that he’s “tired of telling clients to not make videos because men will put them out later.”

It’s like I’m telling them not to wear short skirts because you’re going to entice a man to rape you. Smh. And like most rapes, these betrayals often come from those most close to us.
Men. We need to do better. We need to tell each other to do better. We need to stop sharing these videos with each other in the club, at the barbershop and especially online. It is a morally corrupt action, which is (at least in California) criminal. Maybe it’s time to set an example.

Mosley says that it is still unclear who initially leaked the video on Monday morning and said Blac Chyna has been devastated by the release of the video. “She’s a very strong woman and a strong mother. She’s handling it as you’d expect someone who had a tape distributed across the world.”
