Piers Morgan spoke to Harvey Weinstein and learned that he is expecting to be 'forgiven' by Hollywood

IN AN INTERVIEW published by GQ yesterday, Piers Morgan revealed that he has spoken to Harvey Weinstein since he stepped out of Hollywood.
Weinstein, who has been accused of sexual harassment/assault by over 60 women since last October, has been staying in Arizona where he has been receiving hypnotherapy and attending a sex addiction clinic.
Apparently he has been receiving visitors, because Piers Morgan had a chat with him.
Morgan said that the disgraced film producer is “fighting”, and said that he is a “fascinating character.”

Piers Morgan also said that he’s not surprised about the revelations in Hollywood over the last seven months:
Referencing Mel Gibson’s 2006 drink-driving arrest where he screamed anti-semitic comments on videotape, Piers Morgan said that Harvey Weinstein does not seem too worried:
Indeed, Mel Gibson was forgiven, as he was nominated for Best Director at the Oscars for Hacksaw Ridge. Gibson has that it’s “not fair” that people still bring up that time that he claimed that “The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world.”
Only time will tell if Harvey Weinstein will be saying that he finds it “kind of annoying” that people keep bringing up 2017 to him in a decade or two.
