Inexperienced climbers Shirley Ballas, Ed Balls, Anita Rani, Dani Dyer, Alexander Armstrong, Dan Walker, Osi Umenyiora, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock undertake an eight-day trek scaling Africa’s highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. The climbers will take a tougher, longer route and spend even more time at high altitude than the last celebrity team that made the trek ten years ago.
Grow, Cook, Eat (RTÉ One, 8.30pm)
Michael Kelly and Karen O’Donohoe return with more tips on growing food at home. MotherFatherSon (BBC Two, 9pm)
With their son fighting for his life in hospital, the story of Max and Kathryn’s relationship and their battles for control over the future of their son are revealed. Beneath the sheen of respectability there are terrible secrets waiting to be unleashed within Max’s empire that could threaten its very existence. When Caden wakes from his coma, Kathryn discovers that her son has changed, suffering serious brain trauma. The son is a baby again. What kind of man is he about to grow into?
Everybody’s talking about… How hilariously shit James Acaster was on GBBO Stand Up to Cancer.
