JAMIE OLIVER BLUNDERED into a media storm yesterday, when he made controversial comments about the diets of poorer people in Britain.
He criticised the spending decisions of some people in poverty, saying that they choose to eat “chips and cheese out of Styrofoam containers” while sitting in a room with a “massive f***ing TV”. Oliver was promoting his next TV series, Money Saving Meals, the Guardian reports.
