People browsing ASOS recently have spotted something interesting in the jeans section – a pair of denim chaps by the brand The Ragged Priest:

The pants have been causing no end of bafflement, especially when they’ve been served to people in social media ads:

Sadly, the jeans have now disappeared from the ASOS website, meaning if you are truly in love with them you won’t be able to buy them. Truly the year’s first tragedy.
However, you needn’t fret if you have your heart set on a pair of mad denims, because Topshop are selling ‘fake news’ jeans.
