Bake Off needs to do a 'crime-scene' week, judging by these pictures from the French one
THE FRENCH VERSION of Bake Off tends to go HAM when it comes to its themed-weeks.
This year was no exception, with contestants for Le Meilleur Pâtissier taking part in a ‘Crime Scene’ week for Halloween. As you do.
Imagine French people massacring the cute little woodland creatures Kim Joy rolls out every week, and that’s what it looked like.
R.I.P. Tutter the mouse. Kim Joy, avert your gaze.
The episode began with the tent cordoned off with crime scene tape. You have to admire the French and their commitment, here.
Next series, it should be a requirement that Paul Hollywood has to tuck into a severed leg.
I mean, that looks pretty close to the graphic, which is impressive.
Not all of them were heart – sorry, I mean show-stopping though. Check out this “dead body” effort.
If my facial hair was that bad, I’d die too, TBH.
French Paul Hollywood, AKA Cyril Lignac, sums it up best, I think.
The judges then proceeded to cut into the bakes with A SCALPEL to add to the realism of the task.
