BBC Breakfast presenter accidentally releases mosquitoes into studio
UM, YOU’RE SUPPOSED to run away from mosquitoes, not knowingly give your arm to them. Bad things can happen, as BBC Breakfast host Louise Minchin discovered live on air yesterday morning.
Dr James Logan from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine was a guest on the sofa where he was speaking about reducing your chances of being bitten by the crafty creatures.
Minchin goes to put her hand into the mosquitoes’ net to see how attractive she is to mozzies, but instead, she rips the whole screen off and releases the insects into the studio.
