BBC reporter gets incredibly high on burning drugs, giggles uncontrollably
Quentin Sommerville, high as anything
BBC MIDDLE EAST correspondent Quentin Sommerville is a hardened journalist who has reported from several war zones.
But even he has off days.
Yesterday, he tweeted this video blooper – apparently never before seen – from four years ago, in which he delivers a piece to camera while standing next to a pile of burning opium in Afghanistan.
Only problem? He gets so high on the opium fumes, he can’t finish his intro:
Sommerville has since deleted the tweet, and the video. A BBC spokesperson told the Telegraph:
