This pub's sign will resonate with every woman who has worked in a bar

IF YOU WORK or have worked in a bar, you’ll know that interesting characters just come with the territory. But creeps who won’t leave you alone? That’s another story.
The Beer Cellar in Exeter was having a bit of a problem with its female staff being sexually harrassed at work. So the bartender attached this to the beer taps:

“If dudes could stop trying to kiss our female bartender’s hands that would be great.” Shudder.
A bartender at the Beer Cellar told Mashable that they put up the sign after a “very sex-pest heavy” weekend a few months ago.
She said the reaction to the sign has been mostly positive, but there have of course been some who don’t get it:
Just having some fun imagining how this would go down: “This sign is very offensive to me, a person who enjoys making other people uncomfortable while they are working.”
The illustration is by artist Charlotte Mullin, who said she first created it as a response to working in retail for six years, where lots of people “interpret common hospitality as romantic interest”.
Absolutely. Respect your bartenders/shop assistants/waiters!
