PERFECTLY CAPTURING THE industrial style that remains true to its location in the heart of Belfast, the Bullitt Hotel has only been open for five months but has already gathered rave reviews from The Guardian.

Removing frills like mini-bars and wardrobes, Bullitt’s rooms are available in ‘Dinky’, ‘Comfy’ and ‘Roomy’, and boast king-sized beds and rainforest showers. Each room also features original photographs and features by secretive European art duo Frank Moth.

It’s a hotel that’s all about final touches, even the lift has a recording of Belfast broadcaster Joe Lindsay announcing, “doors open, so they are”.

If you’re in too much of a rush for a sit-down breakfast, a brown paper bag hanging from outside the door will be filled with orange juice, a granola pot and some fruit to set guests up for a day of exploring the city.

Bullitt Belfast is a vibrant new concept that will provide a cool new space for people to work, play and stay in the heart of the city. Along with brewing their own beers, Bullitt has not one but two bars – Bullitt Bar and its ‘ski-inspired drinking den’ Baltic.

In its restaurant Taylor & Clay, look out for their garden club specials – featuring ingredients hand-grown and harvested by their chefs from the organic garden of David Love Cameron (who has worked with Raymond Blanc and Richard Corrigan).
