This is officially the best cocktail in Dublin

The public have spoken.

THE DUBLIN COCKTAIL Fest was held in the capital all last week - and the public had their say on what the finest cocktail is across the city.

Behold the winner – from Peruke & Periwig on Dawson Street:

It’s called In The Navy and it topped the public vote as the best cocktail throughout the week’s festivities.

The delish-looking beverage contains the following ingredients:

Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey, Amaretto, salted caramel, lemon juice, grapefruit juice.

Mmmm.

Great Irish Beverages – who ran the Cocktail Fest – assures us that the best way to have the In The Navy is:

Shaken and served over ice

Garnished with a dehydrated grapefruit wheel and mint sprig

We might not be trying this one at home – but it looks class.
