SHE CAME, SHE saw, she conquered.
After postponing her performance last year to give birth to twins Sir and Rumi, Beyoncé brought the heat to the desert with a scorching performance at Coachella.
(I mean, who’s really surprised given she was putting in 11 hour days for two weeks?)
Her setlist included Formation, Drunk In Love, Baby Boy, Who Run the world, among many other smash hits.
As always, rumours swirled that Bey would reunite with her Destiny’s Child bandmates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland on the night.
And would you believe, that’s exactly what they did.
The gals performed Lose My Breath, Soldier and Say My Name together, and Twitter absolutely lost the plot.
“I’m so happy right now,” Beyoncé was heard saying during the performance.
The last time the three performed together was during Beyoncé’s Super Bowl half-time show in 2013. However, to avoid any similar photo mishaps, Beyoncé has banned media outlets from reproducing fan photos, in the event they are unflattering.
As the first black woman to headline Coachella, I’d say she can do what she wants.
Sister Solange also came out for a boogie for Get Me Bodied.
Sibling goals.
She also performed with Jay-Z, who no one cares about anymore.
It’s good to see she’s put the whole biting incident behind her anyway.
