Student emails her professor to say that she's not going to class on Beyoncé's birthday

IT’S THE QUEEN Bee’s birthday and we’re all giving thanks. Beyoncé turns 33 today.

It’s all too much for Twitter user @michonjanieceIV so she decided to take the day off college so sent a polite email to her Towson University professor to explain her absence. In fairness, it should be a national holiday for all.

She later tweeted that she only meant to keep it in drafts as a joke, but accidentally sent it.

ARGH.

Hopefully her professor is a member of the beyhive and will understand.
