But to their credit, the pupils of Harlem’s PS 161 kept in step with the diva – who was yesterday also announced as the headline act for this year’s Oxegen festival in July – as her new single Got Me Bodied played over the PA.
Beyoncé’s appearance was part of the national Let’s Move Flash Workout campaign, which also saw First Lady Michelle Obama throw some more-than-respectable shapes earlier this week.
Here’s the video – Beyoncé arrives around the 1.34 mark. But surely the real question is: How was she allowed to wear those shoes in the gymnasium?
