Billie Piper did an Irish accent in Penny Dreadful and Twitter is slating it
PENNY DREADFUL, THE new show filmed in Dublin and starring Josh Hartnett and Eva Green, started on Sky Atlantic last night.
It’s set in Victorian London, but was largely filmed on location in Ireland.
It also stars Billie Piper who plays Brona Croft, an Irish prostitute:
However, Twitter was NOT impressed by her attempt at an Irish accent.
