It appears that the posters were put there by a branch of Anarchist magazine Strike!, and use quotes from an article written by anthropologist David Graeber called On the Phenomenon of Bullsh*t Jobs.
Over on Facebook, the magazine have claimed that “the militant wing of the anarchist publishers’ Special Patrol Group carried out the ‘attack’” yesterday and the it “is believed the attack was timed to coincide with the first day back to work for many employees”.
Speaking to Vice, Graeber said
