There's a deadly new mural of Blindboy from the Rubberbandits after popping up in Dublin

He had a great story to go along with its location too.

THE GUYS BEHIND the Stormzy mural have unveiled another modern masterpiece in Dublin – this time, of Limerick’s Blindboy Boatclub, from the Rubberbandits.

He’s in some good company, in fairness – sitting pretty next to none other than US President Donald Trump, also done by art collective Subset.

The artwork is accompanied by one of the author and podcaster’s own quotes:

Donny [Donald Trump] is more terrifying than a Jack Russell with human hands.”

Blindboy sent the masses out to get a good snap of the mural at Andrew’s Lane Theatre (now known as Hangar), before Dublin City Council painted over it.

He also revealed that the venue is where the duo played their first gig.

By chance, this venue is where we did our first proper gig in Dublin around 10 years ago. I smoked a pre-gig fag against this spot on the wall.”

Pretty apt so!

It’s worth checking out this weekend if you find yourself rambling around the streets of Dublin.
