STILL JUST ABOUT getting your head around green matcha lattes?
Well, this café in Melbourne has taken things one step further and just invented a blue latte. Matcha Mylkbar, which bills itself as Australia’s first ever matcha café, has introduced the so-called ‘Smurf latte’ to its menus.
So, what gives it its aqua hue?
It’s got E3 live blue algae, lemon, ginger agave, coconut mylk.
Sure.
Customer have described it as “absolutely amazing” and “pretty delish”.
This is not the first colouredy food the café has added to the menu.
They also do green burgers…
Purple beetroot lattes…
And orange turmeric lattes!
How long before multicoloured lattes take over Dublin, eh?
