That’s not even the first time Bob Beckel’s lost the run of himself – he did the exact same thing only four months ago. NSFW!

YOU MAY REMEMBER that a few months back we showed you a video of a Fox News pundit swearing live on air – before trying to force the blame on others, pretending he hadn’t been told the show was live on air.

Well, this time Bob Beckel has nobody to blame but himself – and he knows it.

Beckel – a Democrat – was appearing on Fox News’ show The Five yesterday, as the sole Democrat on a panel of Republicans, discussing the aftermath of Paul Ryan’s pick as Mitt Romney’s running mate.

During one heated discussion, Beckel became just a little bit irked at co-host Eric Bolling’s habit for tapping him on the shoulder while he made a point.

“If you do that one more time, you’re f***ing…” he said, before immediately realising the error of his ways.

“I apologise,” he said a few seconds later, before immediately jumping back into the defensive, suggesting: ”It didn’t get all the way out.”

Later in the show’s ‘One Last Thing’ segment Beckel introduced an on-air ‘Swear Jar’ and dropped $20 into it, explaining: “I have a difficult time holding my emotions in”.

“I’ve tried, and I’ll continue to try, but ever since I’ve been a kid I’ve been a battler. I’ll try to change… but change is not easy.”

When a co-host reminded Beckel that the proceeds of the jar would be donated to Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign, Bolling – seeking to atone for causing the disruption – donated $100 of his own. Watch:
