We’ve all been there.

ANYONE WHO’S BEEN through a poxy breakup knows that the first few weeks and months can be hell.

It can consume your every waking minute but your friends are probably only going to put up with a handful of whining bouts before they start talking about you behind your back.

She needs to move on and get over it. And stop listening to Adele.
She broke up with him, WHY is she still going on about it?

(Never mind that you listened to them wailing for MONTHS when their precious love bubble burst)

Anyway, there’s now an app to help you deal with the aftermath of a break up, and to sort of provide you with someone to talk to during the hard times.

The Rx Breakup app “delivers professionally developed self-help techniques in the tone of a trusted girlfriend”.

The app tells you what you’re going through every day, helps avoid “self sabotaging” behaviours and asks you to write something to help you cope.

iTunes reviews indicate that users have found the app useful with one saying she was “skeptical” but actually found it “incredibly helpful”. Another said:

This app is so great, the way it looks, the way it’s written, it’s exactly what I hoped!
