Apartment is in the sunny beach area and close to the world heritage site of nessebar.
it is on the ground floor with two patio doors onto the pool and jacuzzi.
it is sutuated in a small exclusive complex of only 16 apartments.

In fairness, they are asking for a nice car. “High end Mercedes, BMW or Audi” is the request. “May also part exchange for car and cash”.
