IN A BANNER weekend for Irish telly – where free potatoes were given out to the Late Late audience on Friday night – The Ray D’Arcy Show needed something to match it.
And they got their moment.
As part of the Marie Keating Foundation’s ‘Fake some Noise’ campaign, the show had RTÉ’s Eoghan McDermott and Rose of Tralee Maggie McEldowney on for a Jimmy Fallon-style lip sync battle.
And Maggie’s version of C’est la vie was only glorious
Nailing surely one of the most lip-synced songs in Irish music history
