The only thing that made this social media post a little different was that Calvin’s in his jocks for some reason.

In a brief message, he said:

The situation involving Chris Brown has been developing overnight – following a bizarre 14-hour-long stand-off with police in Los Angeles last night. 

Brown was eventually arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a woman called the LAPD during a gathering in his house.

As The Mirror reports this morning:

The singer and ex of Rihanna was released on £250,000 bail in the early hours of this morning, according to jail records from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

While Baylee Curran, the woman who has accused Brown of confronting her, has told her story to E! news and Ray J has come out claiming that it’s a “false story” and defending his friend Chris Brown.

This situation will no doubt develop over the coming days.

A shake-up at TV3′s Xposé has seen three of its presenters dropped from the line-up.

And Corkman Peter O’Riordan has released an open letter in response to the changes.

Speaking to his 16-year-old self, Peter began:

I want you to understand the importance of embracing it, if your afraid to fail you will be petrified to try and besides people don’t know how close they are to success when they fail.
