“JESUS, THE EVENINGS don’t be long getting dark!”
Have you found yourself getting re-accustomed with your slippers and your oil bill? As the days get shorter and the nights get longer, people have been forced to find other ways to “burn it up”.
Candles. I’m talking about candles.
Candles are great for several reasons:
- They provide light without using electricity (plus, everyone looks good in candelight.)
- They can make a room smell like literally anything. If you can think of it, there’s probably a candle of it.
- Owning them makes you seem like you have your shit together, even when you don’t (bonus point if you actually light them as opposed to just lining them up on your dresser.)
