Caroline Flack has become 'more than just friends' with one of the Love Island lads... it's the Dredge

All the celeb durt that’s fit to rake.

EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.

Love Island has only been over for a week, but the fallout is already producing gossip for the tabloids.

And an unexpected story has popped up in the past 24 hours: presenter Caroline Flack and contestant Mike Thalassitis are “more than just friends”.

Professional footballer Mike posted a selfie of the pair to Instagram at the reunion show last night:

But there’s more evidence than that.

Voiceover man Iain Stirling made a joke about the pair getting together at the reunion and everyone was looking pretty uncomfortable as it was happening.

Caroline then asked Mike:

Now last time we spoke, you wanted to do some bits – how’s that going?

To which “Muggy” Mike replied:

I’ve, er, I’ve been having fun

Of all the couples that Love Island could have produced, this would surely be the most unlikely.

We’ll wait for some “sources” to reveal some info before it inevitably blows up with a dramatic break up on social media. (The Sun)

Lady Gaga has hit back at Dr Luke after the producer attempted to drag her into his defamation lawsuit against Kesha.

A statement released by Dr Luke’s legal team on Saturday revealed the reason why they wanted Gaga to personally testify in the case:

Dr. Luke’s counsel served a subpoena on Lady Gaga because she has relevant information regarding, among other things, false statements about Dr. Luke made to her by Kesha. This motion has become necessary because Dr. Luke’s counsel has not been able to obtain, despite repeated request, a deposition date from Lady Gaga.

Since the case was brought, Gaga has tweeted her support for Kesha and reportedly exchanged text messages with her about the ongoing action.

In a statement to Variety, Gaga hit back with a comment from her team:

As Lady Gaga‘s legal team will present to the court, she has provided all of the relevant information in her possession and is at most an ancillary witness in this process. Dr. Luke’s team is attempting to manipulate the truth and draw press attention to their case by exaggerating Lady Gaga‘s role and falsely accusing her of dodging reasonable requests.

This one could run and run. (Vanity Fair)

Celebrity Big Brother returns to our screens tomorrow night – and there’s still talk that Rosanna Davison will be one of the contestants.

This is despite the fact that the former Miss World has denied it numerous times over the weekend.

The Sun – not known for being wrong on such celeb/telly things – published its “full list of 2017 contestants” this morning, and Davison is in there.

However, a “source” close to Davison told Goss.ie last week that it’s not happening:

It’s 100% a rumour, no one knows where it came from
Maybe it would have appealed to her about 10 years ago, but it’s not something she wants to do now

Mixed messages, then.

The only way we’ll know for a fact is to tune in tomorrow night on 3e. (The Sun)
