THE OLDER WE get, the more attune we have become to Carrie Bradshaw’s many, many shortcomings.
At the height of Sex and the City’s popularity, we were spoon-fed the idea that Carrie was the ‘everywoman’, and we believed it.
We know, we know; so sue us.
But according to late 90s and early noughties television analysis, she apparently struck the perfect balance among the foursome.
Unlike Samantha, she wasn’t too brash, unlike Miranda, she wasn’t too cynical and unlike Charlotte, she wasn’t too, well, basic.
But with the benefit of hindsight, we realise Carrie verged on the insufferable on many occasions, and we’re keen to see how well you remember her worst moments.
