Castlepalooza - Ireland's most chilled out festival?

Fancy dress and hammocks on the lawn of an 18th century castle: this was the weekend for those at Castlepalooza music festival in Co Offaly…

HAMMOCKS ON THE lawn and a cinema in the castle ballroom – the owners of Charleville Castle in Tullamore, Co Offaly have been hosting one of the most welcoming music and arts festivals in Ireland this weekend.

Castlepalooza customers are just gearing up for their final night of frolics on the 18th century estate. And by gearing up we mean chilling out, dancing a bit and toasting each other’s great luck… Oh, and happy birthday, Ian. Whoever you are. (see slideshow below)
