EARLIER THIS WEEK, Reese Witherspoon was presented with a 15,000 word thesis on Legally Blonde.

While interviewing the actress about her upcoming film, A Wrinkle in Time, Lucy Jayne Forde decided to bite the bullet and reveal that her third-level degree had hinged on the dissertation she completed on Reese’s 2001 movie.

And Reese’s reaction was truly heartwarming.

Looking like she might shed a tear given half the chance, Reese told Lucy that she was truly touched by her efforts.
