EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.
Keira Knightley and husband James Righton (the lad from Klaxons, remember them?) are parents.
They’ve welcomed their first child sometime in the recent past, and that’s all we know about it. (E! News)
Knightley joins the likes of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher and her ex Jamie Dornan and Amelia Warner in keeping the sex and name of their baby under wraps for as long as possible.
We’d like to suggest Panti. Panti Knightley-Righton.
(By the way, surely the Cumberbatch baby has been born by now. SURELY)
Jonathan Rhys Meyers has sadly felt the need to apologise after paparazzi pictures of him drinking on the street in London were published by some media outlets.
Meyer’s battle with alcohol addiction has been well documented.
Writing on his fiancé’s Instagram account the actor said:
Mara and I are thankful for your support and kindness during this time. I apologise for having a minor relapse and hope that people don’t think too badly of me.
He went on to explain that he was not due to attend Cannes this year or to promote his new film Damascus Cover at the festival.
I am on the mend and thank well wishers and sorry for my disheveled appearance as I was on my way home from a friends and had not changed I feel I made a mistake and feel quite embarrassed but this was just a blip in my recovery otherwise I’m living a healthy life.
The pair have since posted another Instagram snap of them together with the caption “Wishing you a lovely day and rest of week. With love, J&M”.
Did Kim Kardashian go blonde just for Vogue?
Her cover for Vogue Brazil has been revealed, and she’s a blonde bombshell in the photoshoot.
It’s sparked speculation that she dyed her hair just for the photos. (Refinery29)
