EARLIER THIS WEEK, the fashion industry lost one of its most most recognisable figures.
On February 19 at the age of 85, Karl Lagerfeld passed away following a period of ill health.
For 36 years, Lagerfeld had been at the helm of Chanel as the label’s creative director, having taken the reins at the French fashion house in 1983.
